Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available for your location, this will be shown at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days within the US. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@buykali.com with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
