Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to the personal-care nature of our products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or affected during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of deliveryat:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect our products before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

- Products without original packaging
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate cancellation requests before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to process and post the refund.
