At buykali, operated by Buykali LLC, we are dedicated to providing a reliable, transparent, and seamless shopping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping processes, timelines, and terms.

1. SHIPPING ESTIMATES & TIMELINES
We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders placed within the United States. 

- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and corporate holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once processed, standard shipping within the United States typically takes between 5 to 10 business days to reach its destination. Please note that these timelines are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or peak seasonal volumes.

2. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a unique tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update on the carrier's system.

3. SHIPPING ADDRESS CHANGES
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@buykali.com. We can only update the address if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an item has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address or redirect the package.

4. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES
buykali is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit by third-party shipping carriers. If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim, or reach out to our customer support team at info@buykali.com so we can assist you in investigating the issue. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
